                     When the Requester modifies 
                      an event, the system automatically sends an email notification 
                      to the Reviewer notifying them the event was modified and 
                      needs processing.  
                    NOTE: Only changes to event 
                      time or location will trigger an email notification to the 
                      assigned Reviewer(s). The event will need to be reviewed 
                      and processed again (either approve, modify, or reject).
