                      generates email notifications during the submission and 
                      processing stages of events. These emails contain status 
                      messages and links to the specific event, keeping both the 
                      event Requester and the Reviewer updated on event 
                      status.

                      Event Notifications - a modified event to be processed 
                      by the Reviewer.

                      Email Notifications - a listing of all the email notifications
