                     Roles and Responsibilities 
                      - The Reviewer (or their appointee) is a designated person 
                      who is responsible for room scheduling and reviews events 
                      to insure they meet acceptance criteria. Also, the Reviewer 
                      serves as a point-of-contact. The Requester is any person 
                      with a valid VCUCard who submits an event in the VCU Events 
                      Calendar. 
                    Event 
                      Acceptance Criteria - in order for events to display in 
                      the VCU Events Calendar, they must meet the following criteria: 
                    
                      - VCU sponsored event
 
                      - the facility has been properly 
                        scheduled
 
                      - the event does not already 
                        exist in the calendar
 
                      - proper VCU 
                        nomenclature
 
                      - no spelling errors
 
                     
                    Building 
                      Review List - displays buildings on both campuses and 
                      their associated urls, rooms, and the email addresses of 
                      the assigned Reviewers. To update the Building Review List 
                      or to add/change the Reviewer email address for a building, 
                      email the Calendar Coordinator. 
                     Requester 
                      Contact Information - If you have a question or need 
                      to verify event information with a Requester, you can find 
                      their email address and phone number contained within the 
                      specific event submitted.
